Overview

I value your privacy and believe in being transparent about how data is handled on this site. As a developer, I only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to understand how visitors interact with my portfolio and to improve the overall user experience.

What I Track

I use a custom, privacy-safe analytics system. Here is exactly what happens when you visit:

• Anonymized Identification: A random string (e.g., 7f3a1b...) is stored in your browser's localStorage. This helps me see if you are a returning visitor without knowing who you actually are.
• Basic Geolocation: I use your IP address to determine your general location (Country, City) and Timezone. I do not store your IP address in any database; it is only processed momentarily to provide geographic context to the analytics.
• Interactions: I track page views, scroll depth, and clicks on high-intent items (like my resume or project links) to understand which parts of my work people find interesting.
• Device Info: I note whether you are on a mobile, tablet, or desktop to ensure the site works well across all devices.

Data Storage

Data is sent to a private Telegram bot for my personal viewing. No third-party tracking scripts (like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) are used on this site. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Opting Out

Since I use localStorage for tracking, you can opt-out at any time by clearling your browser data or using your browser's Incognito/Private mode.
